Full Warranty (2 Years):

The warranty period is two years in total, comprising a one-year standard warranty plus an additional year upon successful product registration. This full warranty, effective from the original date of purchase, covers all parts and labor required to repair or replace any defective component.

Limited Warranty on Refrigeration System (5 Years):

The refrigeration system (including the compressor, condenser, and evaporator) is covered for five years from the original date of purchase. However, after the initial two-year full warranty period, this extended coverage only includes replacement parts; labor and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

This limited warranty shall not apply if the damage to the product results from factors including, but not limited to:

- normal wear and tear;
- abuse, mishandling, accident, or failure to adhere to the operating instructions;
- liquid exposure or intrusion of foreign particles;
- or any service or modification performed by a party other than SIJIPT.

Furthermore, this warranty is valid only if the product was purchased from the manufacturer or an authorized SlJlPT dealer and has been operated, installed, and maintained inaccordance with the instructions provided in the official user guide.
